Coratina is the emblematic cultivar of olive-growing Puglia: intense, bitter, pungent and extremely rich in polyphenols. With the Frasca Olio dalla Terra line, this native cultivar finds its most authentic expression in a single-cultivar oil that tells the character of the land of Andria and the Bari Murgia. Every bottle of Frasca Coratina is made from olives harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness and milled within 24 hours in our member mills. The result is an extra virgin olive oil with a bold sensory profile, with hints of green tomato, artichoke and bitter almond. Available in 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml formats.
