2. Categories of data we collect
- Newsletter subscription (form on /en/newsletter/): first name, last name, email, privacy consent, optional marketing consent.
- Contact form (page /en/contact/): name, email and message.
- Online purchases (e-commerce section, when active): billing, shipping and payment data handled via WooCommerce and the relevant payment processors.
- Cookies and similar technologies: managed through Iubenda Cookie Solution — see the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
- Browsing data: IP address, user agent and access logs collected for technical and security purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Sending the newsletter — basis: consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Replying to information requests — basis: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Order management, invoicing and shipping — basis: contract performance (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Site security and abuse prevention — basis: Controller’s legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Data retention
Data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, in compliance with legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers can request cancellation at any time.
5. Data subject rights
At any time you can exercise the rights granted by articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) by writing to info@pugliaolive.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
