Olive harvest 2025: Puglia confirms its leadership in extra virgin olive oil production

The 2025 olive harvest closes with outstanding results for Puglia. With over 100,000 quintals of olives harvested by our 1,350 member olive growers, the Frasca cooperative confirms its leading role in the production of Italian extra virgin olive oil. The quality of the harvest, favoured by optimal weather conditions and the technical support of our agronomists, made it possible to obtain oils with excellent sensory profiles: intense fruitiness from Coratina, harmonious notes from Peranzana, delicate ones from Ogliarola. The member mills worked at full capacity between October and December, ensuring milling within 24 hours of harvest.
